Colenso BBDO elevates Charlotte Glennon to general manager, creative operations and production
December 15, 2025 — Charlotte Glennon has been promoted to general manager, creative operations and production at Colenso BBDO. Since joining Colenso in 2022, Glennon has been instrumental in guiding several high-profile campaigns, including Spark’s Killabyte, Pedigree’s Adoptable, Skinny’s Meet Liz, Medibank’s Family Roast, and Spark’s Split.
In her expanded role, Glennon will drive seamless operational integration across the agency, raise delivery standards, and ensure that every idea—no matter its scale—is brought to life with exceptional craft and clear purpose.
Glennon began her career at FCB Auckland before taking her talents internationally. She worked with MAL/TBWA on Apple’s iPhone and iPad launches, moved to Mother London for projects with Moneysupermarket, IKEA, and Stella Artois, and led Cannes-winning Coca-Cola work during her time with Host Sydney in the Branded Content Category. Returning to Auckland in 2019, she joined DDB Aotearoa before joining Colenso in late 2022.
Her appointment is effective immediately.
